Vintage Cast Iron Dog Door Stop, King Charles Spaniel?

A vintage cast iron door stop, 19cm tall, about 15cm wide at longest points with a depth of roughly 6cm, 2kg, obvious signs of age and wear to the paint, no cracks or repairs, unsure of age as it is a house clearance find, after a bit of research, some in the past have offered these as 'antique' but I doubt it is as old as that, perhaps it is.
